My hair is Long, and wavy but i never could get a curl to last with a traditional curling iron, even with obscene amounts of hair product the curl would fall out within a hour. I bought this product because a friend had one and i loved the results. It take a min to get used to the method of wrapping your hair. I burned my hand the first time because it gets pretty hot and didn't like using the glove. But i haven't had any burn incidents since the first try. The curls last all day with just a bit of hairspray ( Bumble and Bumble). I love how you can change the shape of the curl with the amount of hair you use in each section.

I really love this clipless curler. I have long medium thick fine straight hair and this lovely clipless curling iron Curls my hard to curl hair very well and last all day. Way better than the revolution that I also purchased. Highly recommend this one!!

This curling iron is awesome! I have wavy hair fine, but lots of it. I have always had a problem getting curls to stay no matter what I used - rollers, other curling irons, tons of hairspray. I curled my hair, didn't use any hairspray it was humid on top of that the curls stayed!!! It's easy to use - didn't take much to get used to.

My days of board straight hair ended the day I got this! I have had the best results with this iron! <br> <br>I wouldn't say that my hair is impossible to curl, but it IS difficult to have lasting curls. When I use Enzo, I have curls waves texture that are wearable for 2 days! <br> <br>I had a 1.5&quot; hot tools gold which I hated. It smells, sticks, stinks, squeeks: basically everything about it got on my nerves. This has since gone in the trash. <br> <br>Pros: <br>NO CLIP! :) Quick heat up, NO recovery time, no smell, no sticks, easy to clean (if you MUST use hair spray), swivel base, variable curls, very small learning curve, amazing/lasting results! <br> <br>Knit-Picky Cons: <br>Pricey, SUPER HOT (might not be suitable for fine/dry hair), top of handle between ceramic and switch gets hot, glove sucks (I don't use a glove at all...), a bit awkward to set on counter, kinky cord (I will admit that Hot Tools have a nice fluid cord) <br> <br>When I got this item, I did feel like the handle was kind of cheap and lightweight considering the price--but I appreciate that my arms don't get tired and the plastic is very durable. I travel almost every weekend, which means that this thing gets slung into a duffle bag often. The coating on the rod is still complete (no scratches) and it's so small to offer such dramatic results! <br> <br>Overall, the practicality and the spectacular results sumo overweigh the cons. You'll never reach for any other curling device again!

I am a black woman and my hair is 2C very coarse and wavy. (think Chili from TLC) I had been using a HOTnCOLD curling iron for years! Never thought to replace it. Sometimes I'd get kinks from the crease of the clip, sometimes the curl wouldn't hold, sometimes the curls would come out wonky. But I thought this was normal, because that's what curling irons do! A few months ago my hair dresser forgot his tools while styling my hair at my home, when he used my curling iron he wrapped my hair around the barrel. After noticing that I started researching a better curling iron and when I saw 's I was sold! Their flat iron is so amazing I just knew the curling iron would be too! I watched 5 or 6 tutorials and read a bunch of reviews. I flat ironed my hair and got started. The first technique of twisting may hair around the curling iron wasn't exactly what I wanted, it gave me more of a S shape curl. So I used the technique of making sure my hair was flat on the barrel. The learning curve was there, but not long. Trying to figure out how to manipulate the hair evenly on the curling iron was difficult at first. You kinda have to feed the hair through your fingers as your warping around the barrel. But by the 3 curl I had it down. The curls from this technique were gorgeous. I ended up with absolutely beautiful prom like curs. By day 3 all I had to do was finger comb and I ended up with loose flowy curls. I was so afraid of burning my neck or shoulders that I put on a turtle neck, which was a total over kill. If you take your time and pay attention you won't get burned. The only down side is the auto shut off. My hair is waist length, so it takes a better part of a hour to curl my entire head. It was frustrating to wrap my hair around the barrel, only to realize it's not on! Good thing it heats up fast! This curling iron is one of the best tools I've ever purchased. This picture was my very first time using the iron.

I am so torn with this because I have a love hate relationship with it <br>LOVE <br>-the results! amazing curls that last all night <br>-the time, it takes minutes to do what used to take me an hour <br>-the ease, literally anyone can use this <br>-the color, I mean how awesome is a hot pink curling iron? <br>-the swivel cord, means any angle is easy to get <br>HATE <br>-the fact that despite using tons of Kerestase heat protector and only holding it for 5 seconds I have noticed a marked changed in the ends of my hair :( many split ends and dryness that I am 100% positive come from using this iron <br>-there is no adjustable temp, so I am unable to decrease the heat, thereby lessening potential damage <br> <br>

How to Use Curling Irons

Using a curling iron is best for those who want to freshen or change their look with soft, tight or loose curls to frame their face.

1. Buy the right curling iron for your hair. Curling irons come in different widths and type of material. For example, there are 1-inch barrels or 1.5-inch barrels. The wider the width, the looser your curls will be. There are also ceramic curling irons or regular metal curling irons; ceramic curling irons are a bit more expensive, but supposedly they are better for your hair.

2. Make sure you work with hair that is relatively straight and dry. Also, make sure to have your hair spray or mousse available. Mousse is best when your hair is damp, but hair spray is also good to set your curls at the end.

3. Turn your curling iron on and let it sit for a few minutes until it is hot.

4. Take the curler in one hand and a small section of hair on the other (about a half inch to an inch wide), starting from the front part of your head, and curl from the bottom of the strand of hair to your scalp. Another technique is to take your strand of hair and wrap it around the curling iron from the bottom to the top, instead of using the clasp of the curling iron, to create a wavier look rather than a curlier look.

5. Loosen your curls with your fingers if you feel the curls are too tight, or flip your head down and start spraying in moderation to set your curls.

Q: What are differences between human hair & synthetic hair?

A: Human Hair offers the most natural look and feel. It is remarkably soft with a shine and movement that is not easily duplicated in synthetic hair. It is also extremely versatile. Human Hair can be cut and styled to suit your personal tastes. And while it can be a more expensive pick, with the proper care, it is also more durable and can last over a year.

With technological advances, synthetic hair has come a long way in recent years. In some cases it is difficult to tell the difference -- the denier and texture are such that they feel almost like human hair. As a matter of fact, with some of the higher quality synthetic pieces, you would never know they were not natural human hair if you didn’t have the human hair right next to it to compare!

Human Hair
● Ooffers the most natural look & feel
● Presents the most styling versatility
● Requires more styling - especially after washing
● Typically more expensive than synthetic hair
● Less durable than human hair — 4-6 months with proper care.(It is important to follow our care recommendations in order to get the optimal life span from your hair!)
● Premium & Remy Human Hair are the highest quality human hair available
● Hair cuticles kept running in uniform direction resulting in less tangling
● More careful collecting and processing techniques result in higher quality product and contribute to higher price

Synthetic Hair

● offers limited styling versatility (hot tools cannot be used)
● requires little maintenance & can usually be worn right out of the box
● typically more affordable than human hair
● very durable - can last over a year with proper care.(It is important to follow our care recommendations in order to get the optimal life span from your hair!)
● Heat-Friendly Synthetic Hair offers more styling versatility (hot tools may be used - max 350°)
● Can be more challenging to style than human hair
● Care must be taken to avoid tangling
● Colors may vary from non-heat-friendly synthetic hair
● Less durable than regular synthetic hair — 2-3 months with proper care(It is important to follow our care recommendations in order to get the optimal life span from your hair!)

Q:What are differences between human hair & synthetic hair?
A: Unfortunately, any heat styling runs the risk of damaging synthetic wigs. Wigs with synthetic hair can be purchased pre-curled or in any style you desire. Alternatively, you could curl the wig with a styling method that does not involve heat. Wigs with human hair will not be damaged by heat styling.

Q: What type of fiber is used for your synthetic wigs/hairpieces?
A:The fiber is made from the raw material Kanekalon, which is imported from Japan. It's commonly used for hair extensions, weaves, wigs and doll hair. Kanekalon is flame-retardant and comes in a variety of styles and textures, plus more than 120 colors.

Q: Can I color or straighten the hair in this wig?
A: Wigs made with human hair can be colored or styled as you would your own hair. Synthetic wigs can be colored, but heat styling of any kind could be damaging to the fibers.
